What you will accomplish

• Analyze and understand clients' business processes

• Design and implement functional processes using the Odoo ERP solution

• Advise clients on change management through communication and training

• Facilitate training sessions for users

• Document projects and configurations completed

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our practices and service offerings

Desired profile

• University degree in management, computer science, or a related field

• Experience in IT consulting or ERP system implementation

• Good knowledge of logistics operations

• Excellent skills in business analysis and problem-solving

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Good communication skills in both French and English

• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
