What you will accomplish:

Analyze clients' accounting needs and facilitate optimization workshops.
Set up and implement Odoo ERP solutions, primarily for accounting and related functions.
Advise clients on change management and train users.
Provide functional support during and after implementation.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure the success of the project.
Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative improvements.

Desired profile:

University degree in accounting, management, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting; experience in implementing ERP systems (Odoo, a plus).
In-depth mastery of the accounting cycle, accounting principles, and standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, self-sufficient, and versatile.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of efficiency and priorities.
Team spirit, communication skills, and a taste for innovation.
